My wife and I are in the process of purchasing a home in Northeast El Paso. When we found a home we wanted to purchase, we knew that we needed to find a professional home inspector to inspect the home.

After reviewing bids from several home inspectors in the area, we decided to contact Mr. Rick Fitzwater about our home inspection needs. Rick has reasonable rates (not too high and not too low) and was very pleasant to deal with both over the telephone and during the home inspection. He was very methodical in his inspection process and continually provided suggestions on how to perform preventive maintenance on any home. Because his inspection was so thorough, Rick uncovered hidden defects in that home and we decided not to purchase that home. 

When we found another home we wanted to purchase, we immediately contacted Rick to perform another inspection. Rick was as thorough during the second inspection as he was during the first inspection that he provided for us. Based on his findings, we decided to purchase this home.

Overall, Rick's home maintenance experience, devotion to excellence and pleasant presentation were apparent during the two home inspections that he performed for my wife and I. He saved us from making a bad purchasing decision and ultimately gave us piece of mind when we found a home in much better condition.

Very thorough and prompt! Best decision I ever made! Rick was very easy to work with, scheduling a time for the inspection that worked with both of our schedules.
